ALUFLAM EXTRUSION is a patented brand owned by ABC NORDIC, UAB which perfectly reflects the long-standing Scandinavian specifics of ALUFLAM Group's activities – to provide a comprehensive range of services and products. Sensing the rapidly growing demand for aluminium profiles in all industries, in mid-2021, we started the construction of the new ALUFLAM EXTRUSION plant. The new plant is being established next to the ALUFLAM aluminium construction plant in Jonava, which has been successfully operating for more than 20 years.
The plant which will open its doors in the second quarter of 2022 has more than 8000 sq. m of production area which accommodates the first aluminium profile extrusion line in the Baltic States, innovative powder coating line, and wide-spectrum aluminium profile processing equipment. A completely new administration unit with an area of 1000 sq. m will be located in the factory building, where all professionals of the ALUFLAM Group will work in one place.
The geopolitical and environmental situation of today determines the extremely high popularity of aluminium profiles in the fields of production, construction, industry, aircraft, road infrastructure, maritime industry, renewable energy and other fields. The ALUFLAM EXTRUSION plant which is able to produce individual cross-sectional profiles according to the drawings provided by the customer as well as to additionally process them or cover their surfaces with powder paint comes here to the aid.
